How fast will I receive my order?

As soon as the order is placed, our Logistic department starts to preparing it for delivery. Delivery usually are made within 2 - 4 working days. Delivery time depends on warehouse capacity, order quantity and holiday.
Do you offer any guarantees on products?

Yes, we include a 20 year structural guarantee with every OmaSofa sofa.
What is the return policy?

You have 14 days to inform the seller that you want to terminate contract and return the item. These conditions apply only to purchases made in the online store. You don’t have to explain your decision or provide any reason for that. These 14 days are counted starting from the day your purchase was delivered to you. You also have to make sure your message will be received by the seller within these 14 days (what is relevant is not the time you send the message, but the time the seller receives it).
